The President provides leadership and oversight for the Fire Administration District, presides over official meetings, and ensures compliance with governing laws and policies. The Treasurer oversees the financial affairs of the Fire Administration District, including budgeting, financial reporting, and monitoring expenditures. This role ensures responsible fiscal management, transparency, and compliance with applicable regulations.

The Secretary is responsible for maintaining official records of the Fire Administration District, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and documentation. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, timely notices, and compliance with open meetings and public information requirements.

The Logistics Officer coordinates and supports the operational needs of the Fire Administration District by overseeing facilities, equipment, supplies, and administrative logistics. This role works with department leadership to ensure resources are available, maintained, and aligned with operational and safety needs.
